7. AI Services & Outputs

Portions of the Services use AI models to generate text, images, recommendations, or analyses (“Outputs”). Outputs are produced probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for evaluating Outputs before relying on them, and you must not represent Outputs as fact without independent verification. Outputs are not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. You retain responsibility for any decisions you make based on Outputs.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the Services are offered on a paid or subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. SkipSeek may change pricing on prospective billing cycles with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. SkipSeek does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or always available. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkipSeek and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkipSeek and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SkipSeek regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
